Research and Publications Committee on Sciences, Engineering and Environmental Technology (REPCOMSEET) is a non-profit, non-discriminatory, non-political, non-ethnical, non-religious, non-aligned, non-racial, multi-dimensional, innovative, creative, democratic, educative, informative, and social and above all Science and Technology oriented. REPCOMSEET came into existence in June, 2004 with a vision to foster unity among Researchers in general, project their aspirations and interests in the area of research publications internationally, towards pursuing new discoveries in the area of Sciences, Engineering and Environmental Technology.

To actualize this vision, REPCOMSEET resolved to float National Conference of Sciences, Engineering and Environmental Technology (NACONSEET), which was later changed to International Conference of Sciences, Engineering and Environmental Technology (ICONSEET) in 2007. REPCOMSEET also publish a Journal known as International Journal of Sciences, Engineering and Environmental Technology (IJOSEET) for the purpose of promoting new discoveries in the areas of Sciences, Engineering and Environmental Technology.

REPCOMSEET in a bid to effectively meet the goals and standards set for itself yearly admits academicians, researchers and technologists in the field of Sciences, Engineering and Environmental globally. The activities of REPCOMSEET is governed in accordance with globally accepted practices, tenets, institutions, usages and traditions of non-profit, research oriented, unless and only unless such is repugnant to natural justice, equity and good conscience or is inimical to the rights and welfare of the global community.

REPCOMSEET seeks to partner with experts in various fields from all over the world including but not restricted to Science, Engineering and Environmental Technology. Its team of reviewers are selected from some of the best hands and proven authorities scattered across different countries of the globe. REPCOMSEET seeks assistance from international donor organizations, national donor organizations, corporate bodies, foundations, pubic-spirited individuals, voluntary organizations and sister groups, in the pursuit of its goals and objectives.
